This recipe is from Shem Hill Ingredients:
6 ounces smoked atlantic salmon |
2 large hard-boiled eggs, sliced |
1 pint null or 1 pint cherry tomatoes |
2 heads radicchio (approximately twenty leaves) |
1/4 head red leaf lettuce |
1/4 head bibb lettuce |
1 bunch romaine lettuce hearts |
1/4 cup fresh basil leaf |
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped |
4 tablespoons shredded parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. Wash and dry greens. Shred, sala-style, into large bowl. 2. Shred salmon with a fork and add to the greens. 3. Add sliced egg, tomatoes and parmesan and toss. Serve cold. 4. For dressing try Honey-Mustard Vinigrette with Dill. |
