I had been looking for a good rub for salmon and came across this one. This versatile rub can be used this on chicken and veggies Ingredients:
1/4 cup lemon pepper |
1/4 cup kosher salt |
1/4 cup dill seed |
1/4 cup dried coriander |
2 tablespoons dried dill |
1 tablespoon paprika |
1 tablespoon granulated garlic |
1 tablespoon granulated onion |
2 teaspoons cayenne pepper |
2 teaspoons sugar |
Directions:
1. Combine all the ingredients. 2. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. |
