1 c shredded cheddar cheese |
2 t chopped onion |
2 7-oz cans salmon |
3 eggs |
1 c milk |
1/4 t basil |
1/4 t tarragon |
1/4 t oregano |
1/4 t parsley |
Directions:
1. grease an 8 pie plate 2. sprinkle cheese and onion on bottom 3. drain salmon and flake over cheese and onion 4. mix together eggs and milk. Mix in herbs 5. Pour over all 6. Bake 375 degrees-50 min or until set. |
