Out of the Purity Flour Cookbook. I have not tried, but will post here for safe keeping. Ingredients:
1 cup grated cheddar cheese |
1 (7 3/4 ounce) can salmon |
4 green onions, sliced |
2 cups milk |
3 eggs |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard |
Directions:
1. Sprinkle in pie shell cheese, salmon, and onion. 2. Beat eggs. 3. Add remaining ingredients. 4. Pour into pie shell. 5. Sprinkle with paprika. 6. Bake at 400 for 30-35 minute. 7. Let stand 10-15 min before serving. |
