4 ounces grilled wild caught salmon |
4 ounces smoked salmon |
4 ounces white cheddar cheese |
4 ounces monterey jack pepper cheese |
1 tablespoon fresh cilantro |
1 scallion |
2 flour tortillas |
Directions:
1. fire grill 2 fresh flour tortillas. 2. on bottom tortilla add 4 oz. white cheddar cheese. 3. then salmon,. 4. cilantro,and scallions. 5. then top with 4oz. pepper/jack cheese. 6. fire grill -. 7. approximately 1 minute on each side or until cheese melted and golden brown. 8. serve with fresh island salsa. |
