Sauted salmon w/marinara sauce & black olives Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb salmon fillets (skin removed) |
1/8 tsp salt |
1/8 tsp pepper |
1 tbs extra-virgin olive oil |
1 1/2 cups marinara sauce |
2 tbs chopped black olives |
1 tbs shredded parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. Preheat large saute pan on med-high 2-3 minutes. Cut fish into four portions; season both sides with salt & pepper 2. Place oil in pan; swirl to coat. Add fish; cook 4 min. on each side 3. Combine marinara sauce and olives in midium bowl, then pour over fish. Reduce heat to med; cover & simmer 8-10 min. or until fish separates easily w/fork and sauce is heated thru. 4. Sprinkle w/cheese & serve. |
