Another recipe I've had for years from the back of a Knorr Sauce mix. It makes a great light lunch with a salad. Ingredients:
2 large baking potatoes, baked,halved lengthwise |
1 (7 ounce) can salmon, drained and flaked |
1 package herb and lemon soup mix, prepared |
Directions:
1. Scoop out potato halves, leaving 1/4 inch shell; reserve shells. 2. Mash removed potato, add salmon and 1/2 c. 3. of the prepered sauce; mix well. 4. Spoon filling back into shells. 5. Place in a shallow baking dish. 6. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes or until lightly browned. 7. Reheat remaining sauce and serve over potatoes. |
