Salmon patty - makes 8 patties Fast and easy Ingredients:
14 ounce salmon |
1 egg |
1/4 cup skim milk |
1/4 cup diced green onion |
1 teaspoon dried dill |
12 saltine crackers |
1/4 teaspoon black pepper |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
Directions:
1. Combine egg, milk, onions, dill and pepper in bowl 2. Crush saltine crackers 3. Next combine salmon (bones removed) and cracker crumbs 4. Mix all ingredients together 5. Form into eight patties 6. Cook over medium heat on oiled skillet until brown on both sides. (about 6 minutes) |
