Salmon Patties With Dill Sause |

Just added to my grandmothers old recipe. Ingredients:
1 (14 ounce) can salmon |
1 medium onion, chopped small |
1 tablespoon dill |
1/2 teaspoon black pepper |
2 eggs |
2 sliced bread, crumbled (i use the heals and wheat bread) |
olive oil |
1/4 cup plain yogurt |
2 tablespoons ranch dressing |
1 teaspoon dill |
1/4 juice lime |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients above, form into patties, and fry in olive oil for about 5 mins on both sides. Make sure the oil is hot before placing patties in pan. 2. Mix all ingredients for sauce and serve on the side or make burgers out of them. |
