Salmon Patties - Dairy Free |

A nice light lunch recipe, or have with a nice fresh salad for dinner. Ingredients:
1 (15 1/2 ounce) can salmon |
1 egg, slightly beaten |
1/2 cup chopped onion |
1/2 cup green pepper, finely chopped |
1/2 cup breadcrumbs |
1 teaspoon lemon |
Directions:
1. Drain salmon and flake. 2. Mix with remaining ingredients. 3. Saute gently in a small amount of vegetable oil or margarine. 4. Turn until nicely brown on both sides. |
