Simple and easy Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can salmon |
1 onion, diced |
2 tablespoons flour |
2 eggs |
1/2 teaspoon celery salt |
1/4 teaspoon white pepper |
2 -3 tablespoons oil |
lemon wedge |
Directions:
1. Remove skin and larger bones, then mash and mish the rest together with wooden spoon. 2. Add remaining ingredients, mix well form into 4 patties. 3. Heat oil in fry pan, add cakes fry about 5 minutes each side. 4. Serve with lemon wedges. |
