Low cal Ingredients:
14 3/4 ounce canned salmon |
1/2 cup breadcrumbs |
1 medium onion, diced |
1/4 cup skim milk |
4 ounces egg beaters |
1 tbsp lemon juice |
1 dash of pepper |
1 dash of dill |
1 dash of parsley |
1 dash of salt, if desired |
Directions:
1. Remove bones and skin from salmon and separate fish with fingers. 2. Chop a medium onion. 3. Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl. 4. Divide up into 6 patties. 5. Spray an iron skillet with vegetable spray. 6. Fry patties in skillet turning once until set and browned. |
