Usually more cornmeal, up to 1/2 cup or more, is used; this was meant to be lower carb. Ingredients:
28 oz salmon, canned |
2 eggs |
1/4 cup celery, minced |
1/4 cup carrots, minced |
1/4 cup green pepper, minced |
1/8 cup cornmeal |
Directions:
1. De-bone canned salmon. 2. Combine all ingredients and form into small patties. 3. Fry in oil until golden brown. |
