Salmon Patties Ingredients:
12 oz salmon |
1 egg |
1/2 cup onion |
1/2 cup green pepper |
3/4 cup corn meal |
1/4 cup white flour |
1/4 cup chicken broth |
1/4 tsp salt |
1/4 tsp pepper |
Directions:
1. Place salmon and can juices in a bowl and separate. 2. Finely dice several thin slices of onion 3. Finely dice and equal amount of green pepper and add both to salmon. 4. Add flour and corn meal and mix well 5. Add egg and broth if mixture is dry and not holding together. 6. Cook over medium to medium low heat. 7. Make patties add to heated oil (virgin olive oil) and fry until brown. |
