Salmon Patties Ingredients:
1 (14 3/4 ounce) can salmon |
1/4 cup flax seed, ground |
3/4 cup breadcrumbs |
2 eggs |
4 teaspoons lemon juice |
3 tablespoons coconut oil, for frying |
Directions:
1. Mix all together, except for coconut oil. Pat into patties. Use about 1 tbsp oil per batch for frying over medium heat. |
