I made up this recipe one night, and my husband said that I should publish it! Ingredients:
15 ounces canned pink salmon (or pouch) |
2 green onions, chopped |
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder |
1 egg, beaten |
1/4 cup milk |
3/4 cup saltine crackers, crushed |
salt |
pepper |
olive oil |
Directions:
1. With your hands, mix all ingredients in a small bowl, adding salt and pepper to taste. 2. Form mixture into 4 patties, about 1/2 inch thick. 3. In a skillet, pour olive oil about 1/4 inch deep and heat on medium high. 4. Cook patties 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown. |
