This is a cheap, tasty dish! I like to eat it with ketchup, but it's good without anything! Ingredients:
1 beaten egg |
1 (14 ounce) can salmon |
10 crushed saltine crackers |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. 2. Form into patties, about 1 inch thick. 3. Grill patties in skillet over medium high heat for about 10 to 15 minutes. 4. Enjoy! |
