My mother made these as I was growing up. Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) can red salmon (drained) |
1 beaten egg |
1/4 cup cracker meal |
Directions:
1. Mix together. 2. Form into patties (about 6), Spray Foreman grill or skillet. 3. Takes about 6-7 minutes in Foreman Grill. 4. In skillet cook till brown on one side, turn and do same on other side. 5. Serve with baby potatoes, creamed peas and a salad. |
