I serve these with a white sauce spooned over them. Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can salmon, bones removed |
1/2 cup minced onion |
1 egg |
1/2 cup flour |
1 tablespoon italian breadcrumbs |
1 tablespoon vegetable oil |
Directions:
1. Mix first 5 ingredients well. 2. Shape into 4 patties. 3. Heat oil in 12 inch skillet. 4. Brown patties on each side over med-hi heat. 5. Reduce heat to low and cook for 8 minutes, turning occasionally. |
