225g can salmon |
salt n pepper |
1 tsp grated lemon rind |
1 tbsp lemon juice |
75g soft butter |
Directions:
1. Drain and mash salmon, add butter,lemon rind and juice and beat until blended, add salt n pepper to taste. 2. Firmly press into a small serving bowl and chill 6-12 hours or overnight. |
