This is a delicious appetizer. I prefer it with green onion myself. Everyone always oohs and ahhs about it when I serve it. Ingredients:
1 (10 ounce) can condensed cream of tomato soup |
4 ounces cream cheese, cubed |
1 envelope gelatin, softened in |
1/4 cup cold water |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1/2 cup chopped green onions or 1/2 cup celery or 1/2 cup pickle |
1 (7 1/2 ounce) can salmon, drained,flaked,all skin and bones removed |
Directions:
1. Heat soup on top of stove. 2. Melt cream cheese in hot soup. 3. Stir until smooth. 4. Stir in gelatin. 5. Cool, then add remaining ingredients. 6. Put into a mold, greased with mayonnaise. 7. Chill for several hours. 8. Serve with crackers. |
