Increase Tabasco to taste
Ingredients:
15 ounces salmon (canned or cooked)
3 ounces onions, chopped
8 ounces cream cheese
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 1/4 tablespoons horseradish
2 teaspoons dried dill weed
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke
1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 cup parsley, fresh chopped
Directions:
1. Mince onion and parsley by pulsing in your food processor.
2. Add all remaining ingredients except salt and pepper and blend using on/off turns, then mix until smooth.
