A do-ahead recipe from the Bahamas for an easy entertaining treat! Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) can salmon, partly deboned |
1 garlic clove, quartered |
1 lemon, juice of |
1/2 cup butter, melted |
Directions:
1. Puree the salmon in a food processor, using a steel blade. 2. Add the lemon, garlic and butter; this procedure will take about 60 seconds processing time . 3. Place pate in a large serving bowl, cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours. 4. Serve on crackers. |
