I once took this to a - are you ready? - pot luck wedding reception. I didn't take any home(sigh). Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can salmon |
16 ounces cream cheese |
2 teaspoons instant minced onion |
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
1 teaspoon lemon juice |
2 drops liquid smoke |
Directions:
1. Soften cheese. De-bone salmon. Combine all ingredients. Mold into a ball and roll in pecans or sprinkle with parsley. |
