Another great salad recipe. Ingredients:
2 cups pasta, cooked |
1/2 cup corn kernel, canned |
1/2 cup red capsicum, diced |
1 cucumber, chopped |
1 tablespoon parsley, chopped |
1/2 cup plain yogurt |
1 cup canned salmon, drained and flaked |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients together in a large salad bowl. 2. Serve chilled. |
