                    This is my favorite recovery meal! It's so easy, and it has plenty of carbs, protein, and healthy fats. Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                1 cup cooked whole wheat spaghetti  |  
                                                1 teaspoon olive oil  |  
                                                1/4 cup canned salmon  |  
                                                1 -2 teaspoon lemon juice  |  
                                                salt, tt  |  
                                                garlic powder, tt  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Prepare spaghetti as directed on the package. 2. Heat the olive oil in a small pan over medium heat. Add the salmon and cook until heated through. 3. Add the remaining ingredients and stir thoroughly. 4. Serve!                              |
