From Madison Middle School. Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened |
1 (16 ounce) can salmon, drained and flaked |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1 tablespoon grated onion |
1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients. Pack into 3 individual souffle dishes or 1 cup containers. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours, but no longer than 4 days. Sprinkle with snipped parsley if desired. Salmon Party Ball: Shape salmon mixture into a ball. After refrigerating, roll ball into mixture of 1/2 cup chopped nuts and 3 Tblsp. snipped parsley. |
