Very popular finger food-and yummy to boot! Ingredients:
250 g philadelphia cream cheese |
1 (40 g) packet french onion soup mix |
220 g salmon |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
chopped walnuts |
Directions:
1. Combine cream cheese, soup mix, salmon, and lemon juice together thoroughly. 2. Form into a roll (log shape). 3. Roll in chopped walnuts. 4. Wrap in foil & chill until firm. 5. When needed, slice & serve on sliced French bread, savoury biscuits, or vegetable rounds. |
