From The MDC Kitchen To Yours Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) can salmon |
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish |
8 ounces cream cheese, softened |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1/2 cup chopped pecans |
2 teaspoons grated onions |
3 tablespoons snipped fresh parsley |
Directions:
1. Drain and flake salmon, removing skin and bones. 2. Combine salmon with next 6 ingredients; mix thoroughly. 3. Chill several hours. 4. Combine pecans and parsley. 5. Shape salmon mixture in 8x2-inch log; roll in nut mixture. 6. Chill well. 7. Pass crackers. |
