Salmon with olive oil and lemon, sprinkled with basil.
Ingredients:
2 1/4 lb salmon
2 tbsp olive oil
4 tbsp basil
2 tbsp lemon juice
Directions:
1. Mix the olive oil, lemon juice and basil to sprinkle on the salmon.
2. You can bake the salmon or make it on the grill. Slather with the olive oil, lemon and basil mixture.
3. Cook till the salmon starts to flake. Anywhere from 10-25 minutes, depending on the thickness of the salmon.
