Delicious, easy and healthy. Totally great for weeknights with rice and veggies. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons soy sauce |
2 tablespoons canola oil |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce, i reccomend tobasco |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1 1/2 lbs salmon fillets, unskinned |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a shallow pan. 2. Marinate for 30 minutes. 3. Grill for 20 minutes, basting occasionally. 4. Alternately, bake at 400 for 20 minutes or until it flakes easily when tested. |
