Ingredients:
1 cup(s) cottage cheese
1 cup(s) fine egg noodles
1/4 cup(s) finely chopped onion
1/4 cup(s) grated parmesan cheese
few drop(s) hot pepper sauce
pepper to taste
1 tablespoon(s) poppy seeds
1 cup(s) reduced-fat sour cream
1 can(s) salmon, drained and flaked
1/4 teaspoon(s) seasoned salt
2 teaspoon(s) worcestershire sauce
Directions:
1. Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain well and combine with the next 9 ingredients.
2. Place in a greased shallow casserole, and sprinkle with the Parmesan. Bake, uncovered, in a 350-degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
