This is an inexpensive and super easy, yet sophisticated spread to serve at any gathering. The cayenne adds an unexpected, yet subtle kick. Great flavors! Ingredients:
1 package of cream cheese (softened) |
1 can alaskan salmon |
1/2 cup sour cream |
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper |
2 teaspoons of dill weed |
4 teaspoons lemon juice |
1 green onion stalk |
salt and fresh black pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Separate the salmon from the bones in the can. 2. Put all ingredients in a bowl. 3. Mix until smooth. 4. Cover and chill for at least a half hour, so the flavors can merry. 5. Top with paprika and chopped green onions. 6. Serve with crackers or crusty bread. |
