Salmon Miso Soup With Toufu

miso soup with salmon and toufu is one of my favorite miso soups but I also love miso with seaweed and toufu
Ingredients:
200 grams of salmon (with bones)
100 grams of toufu
6 cups of japanese stock
1 teaspoon of hon dashi
pinch of salt
2 tbs of japanese miso paste
Directions:
1. cube salmon and toufu
2. bring stock to the boil, add salmon and toufu
3. add salt and dashi, cook for 5 minutes or until salmon is cooked
4. turn off the heat add miso, stirr, serve
