1 lb salmon fillet |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
1 teaspoon sesame oil |
3 tablespoons white wine or 3 tequila |
1 tablespoon soy sauce |
1 tablespoon brown sugar |
1/2 teaspoon ginger |
1/2 teaspoon cayenne powder |
1/2 teaspoon lime juice |
fresh ground pepper |
Directions:
1. mix ingredients pour over salmon marinate 30 minutes. 2. remove salmon from marinade keep marinade. 3. plave salmon on prepared plank. 4. cook 8-10 minutes or to your liking place salmon on plate. 5. heat marinade add lime and spoon over salmon. 6. enjoy. |
