Orange juice, honey, soy sauce, and ginger unite in a great marinade for grilled or broiled salmon. Ingredients:
1 cup orange juice |
1 tablespoon honey |
1/4 cup soy sauce |
2 tablespoons minced gingerroot |
1 garlic clove, minced |
2 tablespoons canola oil |
salt |
pepper |
1 1/2 lbs salmon |
Directions:
1. Combine the first 8 ingredients in a bowl and mix well. 2. Marinate the salmon for 15 minutes to 1 hour. 3. Broil or grill about 4 minutes on each side. |
