Bake in the 50's this recipe appeared on the back of the lable. My mother made this for the family for dinner. It was a Hit then, I still make it for myself. The extra serving can be cut and frozen and warmed in the micro or toster oven. Ingredients:
1 15oz can of salmon ( pink or red ) remove bone and skin |
1 10oz can cream of celery soup or any cream of soup |
1 1/2 cups seasoned bread crumbs |
2 eggs or substitute |
1/2 cup chopped onion |
1 tbs lemon juice |
2/4 cup milk ( any type ) |
1/4 cup water |
i cup grated parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven 375º 2. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. 3. Pour into Pam sprayed loaf pan 5” x 9” 4. Bake at 375º for 1 hour or till golden brown. |
