Very easy!! Uses cracker crumbs instead of bread. One my mother-in-law always made. You can add the salmon juice to the milk if you prefer. Ingredients:
2 eggs |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
3/4 teaspoon salt |
1 cup milk (a wee bit less) |
6 -9 soda biscuits or 6 -9 ritz crackers |
1 can salmon, drained |
1/8 teaspoon sage (optional) |
1 tablespoon onion |
Directions:
1. Beat eggs well. 2. add remaining ingredients. 3. pour into small greased casserole dish or loaf pan. 4. Bake 350 F, for 1 hour or until knife inserted comes out clean. |
