Salmon Fishcakes Ingredients:
1 can of salmon, large bones removed, smaller bones crushed |
1 tbs dill, fresh, or 1 tsp dried dill |
2 slices bread, made into bread crumbs |
2 egg whites, lightly beaten |
2 spring onions, chopped |
1/2 tsp pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients together until well mixed. 2. Shape into patties. 3. Lightly cook in a pan until both sides are brown, under a grill, or on a bbq. |
