This is a simple and easy make - ahead dip. Of course, as with any of the recipes I submit, tinker with it as you will. Find a zing that works for you and let me know how it does. : ) Ingredients:
1 can (16 oz) salmon |
juice of 1 lemon |
2 tsp. chopped chives |
1 tsp. minced onion |
1/4 tsp. rosemary |
6 peppercorns, crushed |
dash of ground clove |
1/2 tsp. sea salt (consumable) |
1 c. sour cream |
Directions:
1. Drain salmon and mash 2. Add remaining ingredients, except sour cream, mix well 3. Fold in sour cream once mixed 4. Chill for at least 1 hour 5. makes 2 cups |
