4 ounces cream cheese, softened |
1 cup sour cream |
2 tablespoons mayonnaise |
1 teaspoon lemon juice |
1/2 teaspoon lemon rind, grated |
2 tablespoons celery, finely chopped |
2 tablespoons green onions, finely chopped |
1 (7 3/4 ounce) can salmon, drained |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. In a blender or food processor, blend cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and rind. 2. Stir in remaining ingredients. 3. Adjust seasoning to taste with salt and pepper. 4. Chill. |
