1 (15 ounce) can salmon, drained and flaked |
2 tablespoons onions, grated |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened |
1 teaspoon liquid smoke |
1 cup nuts, chopped |
1 cup fresh parsley, chopped |
Directions:
1. Mix first five ingredients together and refrigerate for several hours. 2. Form into a log shape, then roll in a mixture of nuts and parsley. |
