This is my all time favourite recipe. From a WIZO cookbook. Ingredients:
4 salmon fillets |
1/4 cup olive oil |
1/4 cup chopped fresh dill |
1/4 cup dijon mustard |
3 tablespoons brown sugar |
Directions:
1. Place salmon on baking tray. 2. Blend all sauce ingredients. 3. Smooth on slamon. 4. Bake in oven for 18-20 minutes at 180°C. |
