This is my all time favourite recipe. From a WIZO cookbook.
Ingredients:
4 salmon fillets
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
1/4 cup dijon mustard
3 tablespoons brown sugar
Directions:
1. Place salmon on baking tray.
2. Blend all sauce ingredients.
3. Smooth on slamon.
4. Bake in oven for 18-20 minutes at 180°C.
