This was made by a friend of mine about 10 years ago for our Yule Gathering. I loved it, hope you do too. Ingredients:
16 ounces cream cheese, room temp |
3 ounces dried or smoked salmon, flaked |
2 tablespoons liquid smoke |
2 green onions, chopped fine - including the green part |
Directions:
1. Mix together well. 2. Store in the ridge for 24 hours, for the flavors to blend. 3. Serve at room temp for easy spreading. Use crackers, tomatoe slices,small toasted pieces of bread, be creative!!! |
