Salmon Casserole (Fertility Casserole) |

Canned salmon, whole wheat pasta, cheese and vegetables. 16 servings, so each is really a half serving. Ingredients:
15 oz. canned salmon |
4 cups macaroni |
10 oz. cheddar cheese |
4 tbsp mayonnaise |
2 tbsp olive oil |
8 carrots |
1 1/2 cups peas |
2 onions |
2 tbsp lemon juice |
2 tbsp mustard |
1/2 cup whole milk |
1 egg |
Directions:
1. Sautee onions and carrots in olive oil until caramelized. 2. Cook pasta. 3. Mash salmon with mayo, mustard, lemon juice and 2 tsp worcerstershire sauce. 4. Shred cheese. 5. Combine all ingredients and bake covered at 350 for 45-60 minutes or until center reaches 150 degrees. |
