This recipe appeared in the Arizona Republic newspaper. Ingredients:
1 cup salmon, drained and flaked |
1 cup uncooked macaroni |
1 cup cottage cheese |
1 cup sour cream |
1 small onion, chopped |
2 teaspoons chopped parsley |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Cook macaroni and drain. 2. Add remaining ingredients and pour into a 2 quart greased baking dish. 3. Top with bread crumbs. 4. Bake 350 degrees-35-40 minutes. |
