1 lb potato, cooked and mashed |
1 (15 ounce) can salmon |
1/4 cup plain yogurt |
1/4 cup green onion, sliced |
3 tablespoons chopped parsley |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1 cup breadcrumbs |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
1 teaspoon margarine |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except olive oil and margarine in a large bowl. Mix well. 2. Shape into 6 patties. 3. Cook patties in oil and margarine over medium heat until browned, about 5 minutes per side. 4. Serve with dill sauce. |
