My own version Ingredients:
3/4 lb salmon, skinned |
1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce |
pepper |
1 tablespoon onion powder |
1 tablespoon garlic powder |
1 teaspoon ginger |
1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs |
1 tablespoon london house hoagie hot pepper |
1 small leek |
1 ear of cooked corn |
Directions:
1. Puree salmon in food processor until the consistency of ground beef. . Remove corn from the cob and place in bowl Clean leek and slice it using only the white portion. In a small fry pan add pat of butter and tsb of oil,.Fry leek until soft. In the bowl with the corn add all remaining ingredients and the leek . Mix well form 3 to four patties. In a frying pan add 2 Tbs butter and 2Tbs of your choice of oil and fry until golden brown. |
