This is a great treat that I take to all of my holiday get-togethers! I am always asked for the recipe by at least one new person!Sociable crackers go best with it. Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) can salmon |
1 tablespoon chopped onion |
1 teaspoon horseradish |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
8 ounces cream cheese |
corn flake crumbs |
Directions:
1. After deboning and draining the salmon, mix together the first 6 ingredients. 2. Form into a ball. 3. Roll into the corflake crumbs. 4. Chill, over night is best. 5. Serve with crackers. |
