If no lemon olive oil substute olive oil Ingredients:
210g red salmon |
2 soft boiled eggs diced |
1tblsp cappers |
1tblsp dill |
1tblsp sour cream |
1 baguette cut into 1cm rounds |
lemon olive oil |
fresh dill to garnish |
Directions:
1. In a med bowl combine red salmon drained and skin and bones removed., eggs, cappers, dill and cream 2. Brish baguette rounds with lemon olive oil, place in tray.Lightly brown under grill 3. Allow to cool,top with spoonfuls of salmon mixture. GARNISH WITH DILL AND SERVE |
